Super Deluxe Luxury Suite
Super deluxe luxury suites are built in colonial portuguese architecture in a separate bungalow with only 2 such suites. The suite contains a large master bedroom and a large private sitting area with two sofa cum beds ideal for a family. It has a private attached bath with bathtub and and LCD TV with cable and mini-bar/ wardrobes. The whole place will have wooden flooring and two split unit A/C's. It will also have a large wooden private balcony. This suite is located in the front portion of the resort facing the beach. The suite will also be furnished in a colonial-era type setting. The rate is inclusive of four persons charges.

Executive Deluxe Room with Balcony
The executive deluxe a/c rooms are larger than the double a/c rooms with a richer overall layout. They have a nice balcony and have an attached bathroom with bathtub/WC. They are located in the vicinity of the pool.

A/C Suite in Cottage
A/C suite in cottage has a garden view and are built in an independent bungalow located at the front end of the property towards the beach. This suite has a master bedroom and a small private sit-out within the suite. It also has a common sit-out outside the suite.

A/C Room in Cottage
A/C room in cottage have a garden view and a common verandah shared between two such rooms. The rate mentioned is per room.

Double A/C Rooms
Double a/c rooms have an attached bathroom/WC (without bathtub) and a balcony.

Regular Non A/C Rooms (garden view)
Regular non a/c rooms (garden view) are built in a bungalow type setting with fan and attached bathroom/WC. These are fairly small and best suited for the budget traveler. Apart from the summer months these rooms are fairly cool.

Classic Rooms
The Classic A/C rooms are newer rooms with a richer overall layout. They have a balcony and an attached bathroom with WC with high end Jaquar fittings. The bedrooms are equipped with minbars and Led TV's. They have spring mattresses. They are located in the vicinity of the pool and upper 1st floor.

Superior Rooms
The Superior A/C rooms are newer rooms with a richer overall layout. They have a balcony and an attached bathroom with bathtub/WC with high end Jaquar fittings. The bedrooms are equipped with minbars and Led TV's. They have spring mattresses. They are located in the vicinity of the pool and upper 1st floor. Ideal for young couples, especially honeymooners.

All rooms come equipped with mini bars, TV's with cable, hot and cold water and double beds/twin beds. Kindly specify you preference of bed type, if any, in your booking request.
